About this role

Plan and manage daily loads for a board of drivers — book freight, optimize lanes, communicate pickups/deliveries, and keep trucks moving profitably. Fast-paced role where your decisions directly drive revenue and driver satisfaction. On time to work, responsible, answer calls.

Requirements

3+ year dispatch or freight brokerage experience; strong knowledge of DOT/HOS rules; excellent communication and multitasking; comfortable with TMS software and load boards; calm under pressure and detail-oriented.
