US Roadway, Incis an asset-based carrier built on well-maintained equipment, qualified drivers, and a safety-first culture. Here’s how we operate — and how to verify our authority and identity for yourself.
Our motor-carrier identity is public. Use the numbers below to confirm our active authority on the FMCSA SAFER system before you tender a load.
Need a Certificate of Insurance? Request a COI directly from our team and we’ll have our agent issue one for your load — naming the right certificate holder.
Before a driver runs freight for us, they clear a qualification process built around the federal driver-qualification standards.
Every driver holds a current Class A commercial license, and we review the motor vehicle record (MVR) before they run a load.
We build and maintain a driver qualification file for each driver — application, employment verification, medical certification, and required records.
We pull and review the MVR and the FMCSA Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) history as part of qualification.
Drivers are enrolled in a DOT drug & alcohol testing program, including pre-employment and ongoing testing as required.
We run our own trucks and trailers, so maintenance isn’t someone else’s problem — it’s ours. A preventive schedule plus driver inspections keep equipment in service the way it should be.
Once a load is dispatched, safety stays the priority — in hours managed, equipment monitored, and the way we plan freight.
Drivers run within federal hours-of-service rules and electronic logging requirements — fatigue management is a safety issue, not a scheduling afterthought.
Our trucks and reefers are monitored so dispatch can keep freight moving and intervene early when something needs attention.
Loads are planned with safe, realistic transit in mind. We'd rather communicate a revised window than push a driver past what's safe.
Double-brokering and “loads booked under our name” scams are real. Confirm you’re working with the genuine US Roadway, Inc by matching MC-067042 and USDOT 3081779 on the public FMCSA SAFER system — then verify the specific load with us directly.
Tell us your lane and equipment — we respond with dependable, asset-based capacity and the documentation to back it up.
