Two audiences, one honest carrier. Pick your side of the manifest below — and if you don't see your question, reach out and we'll talk it through.
Capacity, quoting, visibility, and the paperwork that backs it up.
We're an asset-based truckload carrier running our own dry van, refrigerated (reefer), and flatbed equipment across the 48 states. That means dependable capacity for general commodities, temperature-controlled freight, and open-deck loads — not a brokered guess.
We move freight across the 48 states with OTR, regional, and dedicated lane options. Coverage and available capacity shift with demand, so the fastest way to confirm a specific lane is to send us the origin, destination, and equipment and we'll respond with what we can do.
Use the Request a Quote form with your lane, equipment type, and timing. Our team reviews it and follows up directly — there's no instant auto-rate, because honest pricing depends on the lane, commodity, and schedule. Quotes come from real dispatchers, not a lead mill.
Yes. The Track a Shipment page shows the safe status of an active load — current stage, scheduled stops and appointment windows, and whether proof of delivery has been captured. It never exposes GPS coordinates, rates, driver, or financial details.
Use the Verify a Load page to confirm a load reference against our records. It returns our carrier identity (legal name, MC and USDOT numbers) plus the load's lane, windows, and status — enough to cross-check us against FMCSA SAFER and confirm you're working with the real US Roadway, not an impostor. See Fraud Prevention for more on double-brokering and spoofing.
We carry the insurance required to operate as a motor carrier and can provide a certificate of insurance on request. Reach out through Contact or your quote thread and we'll have a COI issued to your company as the certificate holder.
We keep billing document-ready: clear invoices backed by signed proof-of-delivery and supporting paperwork, so your accounts-payable team has what it needs without chasing. Specific invoicing terms are confirmed when we set up your account.
Roles, requirements, pay framed honestly, and how to get hired.
We post company driver (W-2), owner-operator (1099), and lease/1099 roles when they're open. The current openings — including the CDL class, lane, and equipment for each — are listed on the Careers page. If nothing fits today, send a general application and we'll reach out when something opens.
Most of our roles call for a valid CDL-A and a clean, safety-minded driving record. Specific experience requirements vary by role and are listed on each opening on the Careers page. We're a real, safety-driven carrier, so a solid record matters more than anything.
We keep pay clear and transparent — you'll know how every load pays. Because pay varies by role, experience, and lane, our recruiting team walks you through the exact numbers directly rather than quoting a one-size-fits-all figure. Where a posting lists pay, that's the real figure for that role.
Home time depends on the role and lane you're driving. We build freight around getting you home and confirm the specifics during the phone screen so expectations are clear from the start.
We're asset-based, running well-maintained, late-model trucks and trailers backed by an active shop. The exact assignment depends on the role and the freight you'll be running.
Head to Careers, pick an open role (or send a general application), and complete the short form. Our recruiting team reviews every application — from a real, safety-minded carrier, not a third-party lead mill — and follows up directly.
